A S.I.T. session combines guided awareness, dialogue, and somatic connection to help you:

Many of the patterns that shape your emotions, behaviours, and reactions are stored below conscious awareness. S.I.T. works by guiding you into a relaxed, receptive state where these patterns can be safely explored and integrated.

What a session looks like

Your therapist will guide you through three stages:

  1. Reason. We explore what you are experiencing and what you would like to shift or understand.
  2. Reveal. Your therapist uses muscle testing to help uncover the root cause of the disharmony you are experiencing in your physical, emotional, or spiritual life.
  3. Reprogram & Restore. Through relaxation and focused awareness, guided dialogue allows you to enter a receptive state where deeper insights can emerge. Limiting imprints are reprogrammed with new, empowering beliefs that align with the life and outcomes you desire.

Yoga Soma is an elevated experience designed to shift old patterns of thinking that are keeping you feeling stuck and move you towards how you really want and deserve to feel. It starts with a yoga session followed by a customized group S.I.T. session.

We offer private group sessions in the comfort of your own home. A minimum of three people is recommended. This is a good opportunity to experience S.I.T. in a fun and supportive group setting.
